For artworks available with the Buy Now option, the payment process can be completed quickly, easily, and securely through thearte.io. The platform’s secure digital payment infrastructure allows collectors to finalize their purchase in just a few steps. Transactions are processed according to international security standards through a trusted payment provider.

How do I make a return?

When you purchase an artwork through thearte.io using an Advanced account, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day the artwork is delivered to you.

Once the artwork has been safely returned to the artist, thearte.io will issue your refund within 14 days.

If the artwork has already been delivered to you, the return shipping cost may be the responsibility of the buyer, depending on the agreement between the buyer and the artist. Cancelling a purchase is otherwise free of charge.

For purchases made through Plus accounts, the withdrawal and return process is handled directly between the buyer and the artist. As these transactions take place outside thearte.io’s payment system, the return conditions and procedures depend on the mutual agreement of the parties involved.
